Pick-Up and Drop-Off Information
Parking
Customer parking stalls are available at the front of the building facing Clark Drive, beside the office. Please pull into one of the front stalls when you arrive.
Drop-Off
When you arrive, please check in at the front office. Our team will confirm your appointment, vehicle information, claim details if applicable, and the next steps for your repair.
Pick-Up
When your vehicle is ready, our team will contact you to arrange pick-up. At pick-up, we will review the completed repair, any paperwork, payment or deductible if applicable, and answer any final questions.
